Four years at Loyalty Juggernaut, intern to Lead Product Engineer. I lead a team of 12 building the GRAVTY® loyalty platform - the kind of systems where a slow query costs real money and a bad deploy pages someone at 2am. My favorite work: making things fast (1s → 20ms), making things safe (multi-layer throttling, OAuth 2.0), and making other engineers faster (600+ APIs on OpenAPI with AI-powered search).
